Off Centre

Today my dearest husband called me eccentric.

It related to a very creative (read crazy with plastic flowers, bug fridge magnets and lots of safety pins) hat that I made to celebrate Melbourne Cup Day.

At first I got a bit offended until he explained that actually, the word didn't have an offensive meaning in its context and was a compliment.  He actually meant, he explained, that I am a little "off centre".

I thought about it a bit and then beamed.

What better compliment than that could I receive ... I love the fact that I am, yes I really am, a little "off centre".

Proud to be!

I think you should keep going as often as you can. Im not saying i would be brave enough to do it but you seem to do it so well. you will feel vulnerable sometimes but i guess thats the price you pay. Blog on.
