Moving house in Cambodia ...
With disappointment I see that it has almost been two weeks since I have blogged anything ! Honestly, I am just completely uninspired and overwhelmed with living at the moment.
We've been busy making some major decisions regarding our housing situation, and plans have been crushed, re-assembled, and crushed again. Our landlord has asked us to leave, raised the rent, and we are still baffled as to why our relationship with him has disintegrated to such a point.
Our housing searches have left me feeling a torrid of emotions as greedy landlords provide old, dilapidated and very dirty houses at ridiculously inflated prices.
Sometimes I long for a "normal" life, where I am, at least in some way, able to control my circumstances and determine my own decisions. Ah for my little red brick house, behind my white picket fence in a lazy suburb in Adelaide.
Let's hope my mood improves for next time!
